In midth of november an up to now unknown chart, together with sheets of music, has been discovered in a former book store cellar nearby Hans Rosenthal Square in Berlin. It is supposed to show an older variation of the Venetian Zeno Brothers Chart showing what they believed was the Podalida Island in the Northern Atlantic. However , first after strict investigations among others by Williamsharbour Cartographic Institute concrete and certain results can be expected. The chart is regarded as in very good shape. It shows not only the island but a great number of neighbour islands and shipping routes. The discovered music is considered unknown so far.

sound of the day 24 / J.S.Bach in Berlin
2:19
… when passing through the station, in spite of all the other sounds around, the underground railway suddenly turned into something else. the unknown accordion player made me stand by and record a couple of minutes. I heard nothing but his play of one of Bach’s fugues. then – I did not want to manipulate the sound in any way, it is as it is – the dirty sound changed into something completely poetic and artistic. it was just blowing me. hereby I want to honour all musicians making every day life still surprising.
